Projects, Files, and Folders
How WorldEngen organizes your work: projects, generated assets, scenes, and media.
What is a Project?
A Project is the folder where WorldEngen organizes everything you generate or import:
- Images (concepts, edits, restyles)
- Image Kits
- 3D models
- Scene files (your working stage)
- Videos (if you render video)
- Text files like your Style Guide
Key files you’ll see often
Style Guide (text file)
A Style Guide is a .txt file used to keep visuals consistent.
On new projects, WorldEngen automatically sets Style Guide.txt as the default style guide.
You can also right‑click any text file and choose Set as Default Style Guide.
Scene files
Your scene file is the “stage” where you place and arrange 3D models. You’ll frequently:
- Add models to the scene
- Move/rotate/scale objects
- Swap placeholders for final models
- Send/receive scenes to external apps (optional)
Importing your own files
Use the Upload File icon in the file area to import:
- Images (for edits or image‑to‑3D)
- Top‑down diagrams (for greybox workflows)
Tip: Keep your naming consistent. When you’re prompting for actions, clear filenames reduce mistakes.
